High-End Coaching

A recently acquired friend of mine, who is a dating and life coach, once put out a statement that just made this whole post start to be typed on my mind as I listened to him. It was something along the lines of… the worst thing is to dream so much and try to perfect all fronts that you lose control of your life. Not only it devalue the energy you transmit but also points to neurosis and self-sabotage.

With our coaching, you will be able to

    9

Understand and take hold of different tools that you may or may not choose to use (Intermittent Fasting, the importance of the macros, presence of carbs to build or retain muscle on all cases, improving your body composition is not as fallible as the usual body recomp protocol most lifters despise, fast results only hinder sustained achievements)

    9

Design your favorite, featured meals and quantities that allow you to build your dream body

    9

Solidify sustainable habits that as a whole will contribute to your well being and emotional.

    9

Grasp your metabolic needs and “whats on ur plate” (most fitness enthusiasts are scared to change quantities, go out for food that isn’t in their previously meal plans, you are going to be able to thrive even in unexpected circunstances and enjoy the pleasures of life). All of this can be achieved through basic control and knowledge of.

    9

You will have to be disciplined. There is no way out of this. Nothing extraordinary, like a chiseled facial contour, ripped stomach, strength evidences distributed over your biceps, chest, quads, is achieved with no disciplined and hard work. But discipline is so much easier when you don’t feel like ur limiting or running in an effort.

    Workout

The pursuit of perfection is a common aspiration. Many of us set lofty goals, aiming for the ideal physique, flawless diet, and impeccable workout routine. Yet, paradoxically, this relentless quest for perfection can often be the very thing that sabotages our progress and leads to frustration. I actually do support the mentality behind some coaches that, figuratively, say “do not set up goals” either because you re too much of a beginner and not aware of what you can achieve in the first few months or because simply it locks you in thoughts that make the whole progress so much more tiring when it should be an appreciated journey. Similarly to what Einstein said, perfect moments which last… 2 days seem like they were an afternoon.
